Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the (payment/bank processing) processes within the organization. You prepare payments and execute them upon approval, and daily bank processing in our ERP system is one of your main tasks. You identify improvements in the (payment/bank processing) processes where needed and monitor the cash flow position, reporting internally on a regular basis. You optimize and maximize the necessary processes within this field. This applies to our entities in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, and Kenya.
You are transparent and communicate openly and frequently. You enjoy a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities include, among others:

Reporting to the Finance Manager;

Monitoring the financial position of the organizations;

Managing (intra)company financing while ensuring the liquidity of all entities;

Ensuring financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately;

Payment and bank processing in the ERP system;

Timely identifying opportunities and challenges, e.g., regarding cash flow;

Assisting in the preparation of external audits;
-
Managing the credit card process;
-
Creating (financial) transparency both internally and externally.
