What will you be doing?
- Managing office supplies and supporting daily operational tasks (including import processing, order picking, and packing during peak periods).
- Assisting with administrative and financial processes, such as M-Pesa reconciliation, shipping invoices, and export documentation (phytosanitary certificates, COOs).
- Monitoring customs and export processes, including C17b declarations, export and business licenses (HCDA), and compliance with export procedures.
- Managing and updating grower certificates and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of deliveries.
- Assisting with planning, such as appointments, travel, and the organization of events (including IFTEX and grower lunches).
- Supporting the team with training and information provision (FS system, product information, and seasonal developments).
